Shipping policy

Shipping in the UK

For Standard Shipping allow 1-3 working days for your order to be shipped. Orders will be shipped out business hours Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.

There is free Standard Shipping on orders over £50.

Tracked Standard delivery: £3.99
​Courier: Evri and Royal Mail 48 hour

A tracking number will be provided with each order and will be sent in the shipment dispatch email. If you have not received this email please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you are not at home to receive the package, please follow the instructions left by the couirer company. If the redelivery instrutions aren't follow, the parcel will return to our address. In circumstances like this you will be required to pay for re-delivery before we can redisatch your parcel.

Delayed shipments within UK
If after 10 working days the couier Company has not delivered your parcel, please email shipping@cnqkingapparel.com providing your tracking and order number and we'll investigate this further.

Collections

An in person collection is FREE, and an option if the customer is local. The location is in Sydenham (SouthEast LONDON, UK) and the full address will be provided on the order. Please bring your proof of order on arrival to retrive your parcel.

International

International shipments please allow 7-10 business days depending on your region.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Conquering King and will issue a refund.
