Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Email us with the order number and the reason for return. The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and sent in original packing. Once the returns have been received and is in resalable condition. a refund will be issued and can take up to 2 – 14 days to see in your account. Delivery cost is not included in refund.

Please note All items on sales are final and We do not accept returns for hats.

If items are returned without informing us they will be shipped back to the sender.

We do not accept returns from outside the UK and all sales are final. Please insure you have selected the correct size and colour before making your purchase.

Exchange
If by any chance we send the wrong size, please contact us via email with order number and return the item and we will send the correct size.
